Our Group has established a small support group of teachers who meet together for discussion and mutual support. The focus is on identifying and solving issues that are important to members of the group in a forum that is both secure and confidential. Teachers can also take advantage of our Psychiatric Consultation services, which are offered at the same convenient location in Tucker GA. The group’s goal:

• To share experiences in personal professional development
• Develop methods to overcome classroom anxiety and/or depression
• Discuss strategies to deescalate potentially violent interaction with students and parents

Provide a forum for other themes brought up by the group
